The following instructions to clear your cache were created in Google Chrome version 31.0.1650.57 m.  The steps may vary if you are using a different version of Chrome.

  1. Logout of all web based applications that you are currently using (myMC, Google Apps, etc.).
  2. In the top right corner of Chrome, click the button that looks like 3 dashes.
  3. Click "Settings".
  4. At the bottom of the screen, click "Show Advanced Settings".
  5. Under "Privacy", click "Clear Browsing Data".
  6. Choose "Obliterate the following items from: the beginning of time".
  7. Make sure "Empty the cache" is checked.  Additionally, checking "Clear browsing history", "Clear download history" and "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data" may also be beneficial".
  8. Click the "Clear browsing data" button.  Be patient.  This may take a while to complete especially if you haven't cleared your cache recently.  Your computer may also become unresponsive while the cache is cleared.
  9. Close the Google Chrome browser.
  10. Open the Google Chrome browser.
